Employee Engagement Survey For the Year 2012
     PTTGC Group initiated an Employee Engagement Survey with an attempt to understand employees’ perspectives toward the organization in order to form directions in further developing our HR systems and tools, and subsequently lead PTTGC Group to a dream workplace where our employees are proud of, as well as productively and harmoniously work together. It would be highly appreciated should you participate in this survey.
Instruction 1. This set of questionnaire is divided into 3 sections:-   Section 1: 8 demographic-related questions   Section 2: 37 opinion assessment questions   Section 3: your valuable feedback and suggestions 2. Kindly answer all questions with your genuine thoughts and opinions, without having to indicate your name in the questionnaire. Your opinions are valuable to PTTGC Group. 3. There is no right or wrong answer. This is a pure opinion-based questionnaire. 4. PTTGC appointed Mercer (Thailand) Limited, an external consultant, to conduct the survey as well as analyze the data. This is to ensure that your feedback shall in no way place direct impact on your work, and they will be kept strictly confidential.
Definition To ensure common understanding, kindly note on definition of these terms:   • Senior Management refers to Vice President and higher position up   • Supervisor refers to your immediate supervisor who is a level above you or in a minimum post of Division Manager Level.   • Division / Department refers to the Division / Department where you are assigned to, or the Division / Department you are working with   • Team refers to people in your Division / Department who are regularly working closely with you. This includes your colleagues as well as your supervisor. |
