Hello Solihull Ramblers,

You are invited to participate in our survey [Project Description Here]. In this communication, 'on-line' members will will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about how they like to get news of Solihull Ramblers' activities. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project, but you may quit at any time if you do not wish to complete it.

The Survey:

We are interested in gathering your views on postal, email, or web-based information on forthcoming Ramblers activities.

We are aware that you have paid your RA membership in the expectation of being kept fully informed of our activities, but appreciate that many members are hooked-in to 'electronic' communication and may prefer that method. This may save paper (and printing costs) but, more impressively, save the postage; the savings from which can then find more useful purpose - in effect as a little extra charitable donation.

Our concern is that with the tremendous rise in postal costs recently, quite a large proportion of Group funds are committed to this. With the agreement of members it may be possible to use electronic means for those people who prefer it
