Fantastic! Give it away to anyone who wants it. It will promote Ron Paul's name and the RonPaul.com website.

Only give it away to those who have proven to be Ron Paul supporters (e.g. who have a blog or website about Ron Paul, have participated in rallies, or have been vouched for by other supporters).

There should be a small annual fee ($30 - $50) to keep out potential troublemakers and spammers.

There should be a larger annual fee ($100 - $200) to keep it more exclusive, and to help support the RonPaul.com website.
