Are you satisfied with the current compensation plan with pooled units, incentive units (0700-1530 and on weekends/holidays), and stipends being paid for various call teams/coverage?

Should we pay all stipends in units instead of a flat fee (for example Trauma stipend~30 units, OB hourly stipend ~ 1unit/hour, etc)? The obvious benefits to paying stipends in units are the increased transparency among partners and call teams, and the unit value would rise and fall with our average blended unit. The obvious downside would be that payment would not be seen until the quarterly reconciliation.
