South-East Europe IT Industry Barometer

(SEE ITIB)

Introduction

Dear Sir or Madam,

This survey is being conducted on behalf of six South-East Europe ICT associations (AITA, BIT Alliance, STIKK, MASIT, IT Cluster, ICT Network, VOICT, NiCAT) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). The goal of this survey is to gather relevant information on the SEE regional software / IT services industry in order to develop an export planing as well as support measures to promote regional exports.

As we intent to design a planing and the export promotion measures according to your needs and expectations we would kindly like to ask you to answer the following questionnaire. Your input is essential for the success of this project!

All information provided by you will be treated strictly confidential and the results of the survey will be made anonymous.

The basis of South-East Europe IT Barometer (SEE ITIB) is the questionnaire presented on the following pages. It is divided into six main parts:

• General Information
• Export Related Questions
• Statistics
• Human Resources
• Forecast
• Current Issues and Remarks, Comments

You will be able to answer the survey anonymously, or if you chose so – provide your company name and contact information. If you do, that information will be used only by the GIZ international consultant to send you back your answers. The ICT associations will receive only the summarized results. No ICT association representative will have access to individual answers.

We appreciate the participation of all companies, so the results can be representative for the sector.
