Siebel 4.0-2 Change Management Survey Questionnaire
This questionnaire is part of a research project conducted by Selene Coward as part of the requirement for the MBA program. The questionnaire is focused primarily on an evaluation of the Strategic Human Resource Management approach of the University and on the way in which change affects people during a change programme.

The results will be used in an analysis of the changes made in the supervisory system at the Management Audit Department within the three Campuses.

There are 19 questions in this survey and it will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential.
