Hello! Thanks so much for taking the time to help us by completing this survey about ski boot heaters. Kohmphi (our company!) is currently working on a new (and potentially revolutionary!) concept but we need your help to make it as close to perfect as possible. As a skier, your opinions are very important to our team. It'll help us build a product optimized for people just like you, and without you this would be extremely difficult to achieve.

We're hoping to get approximately 200 people to complete this survey, which asks questions regarding current and (hopefully!) new ski boot heaters. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Sophie Splawinski by email at the email address specified below.  Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.

Thank you very much for your time and support.
