INFORMATION ABOUT THE SURVEY:
1. The purpose of this survey is to gain an understand of the view by the members of Multi-Flow Industries’(“MFI” or “Company”) Senior Leadership Team (“Team”) about the team and the Company.
2. The responses will be used to prepare a composite report to be shared with the team members, with all individual responses being maintained as confidential.
3. The intent is for the report to be used to make appropriate changes to how the Senior Leadership team functions and to make its functioning more effective and more professionally fulfilling.
