Hello:
You are invited to participate in this survey about staff motivation. The boosting of staff morale and improving staff motivation is one of my professional goals this year as principal. This survey is one way I hope to better my understanding of what motivates this staff and to what degree staff feel appreciated and recognized thus far. In this survey, all staff members will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about factors which impact motivation and employee recognition. It will take approximately 3 - 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey. The survey is completely anonymous. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.
