Stakeholder Feedback on SLDB Performance

Dear Participant,

Thank you for your willingness to complete this short online survey/ questionnaire. My name is Roxanne Gustave, a postgraduate student of the University of the West Indies. I am also the Senior Credit Risk Analyst at the Saint Lucia Development Bank. I am presently reading for a Masters degree in Banking and Finance. As partial requirement for completion of this degree, I have undertaken a research paper with the primary purpose of analyzing the performance of the newly reestablished Saint Lucia Development Bank since its inception.

Part of my research entails garnering stakeholder feedback on SLDB performance. As a client of the SLDB, your valuable feedback will be useful in forming an overall perception of the Bank, particularly in the eyes of its clients and the public at large. Please note that this questionnaire is neither "for the SLDB" nor is it conducted "by the SLDB". I have the permission of the Bank to conduct this questionnaire however this exercise will form part of my humble contribution to academia.
