Thank you very much for participating in our study on leadership in India.

This survey is concerned with how employees work together with their manager. Please answer the questions about how you interact and work with your manager. Make your judgments based on your thoughts about how you and your manager work together on a day-to-day basis. There is no right or wrong answer. Kindly give your frank reply as your responses will be held completely confidential.

Only members of the research team will see your individual questionnaires. We do need to make sure we can match the manager questionnaire with the team members questionnaires so we have given each team a code, which should appear on this questionnaire as well as your team manager’s questionnaire.
