Thank you very much for participating in our study on leadership in India.

This survey is concerned with how leaders and individual employees work together. Please answer the questions keeping in mind one specific employee who reports directly to you. Make your judgments based on your thoughts about how that person and you work together on a day-to-day basis. There is no right or wrong answer. Kindly give your frank reply. Your responses will be kept completely confidential.
Only members of the research team will see your individual questionnaires. We do need to make sure we can match the manager questionnaire with the employee questionnaires so we have given each pair a code, which should appear on this questionnaire as well as your employee’s questionnaires.
