Hello! Thank you for taking your time to participate in this survey. The purpose of this survey is two-fold: First, I chose to pursue an action research project for a graduate class regarding collaboration at the IU. Why? As a Life Skills Support teacher for 7.5 years, (I recently transitioned to our Curriculum department at the IU), I recognized the need for collaboration with other Life Skills Support teachers as well as teachers outside of the department. The second (and more exciting) part is that information you provide will be shared to help guide our special education leadership team at the IU as they continue to make strides to create frequent and meaningful opportunities for teacher collaboration.
Your participation is voluntary. It is integral for us to learn from your experiences and opinions regarding this important matter to shape future opportunities.
