WELCOME to the "Team Climate for Innovation" - INDIVIDUAL Assessment

This self-assessment is based upon two research findings:

    1. There are 8 factors that impact the team climate for innovation
    2. You can contribute to ANY team’s climate for innovation in specific ways

The feedback you receive will help you build your confidence and skills to enhance ANY team's climate for innovation. You will also learn how to develop greater versatility in contributing to ANY team’s innovative success.

In order to give yourself an honest, objective appraisal, please keep these guidelines in mind:

   1. Score yourself based on your actual practices with different teams you've worked with (past and present)
   2. Do not rate yourself based on how you would ideally like to be
   3. Do not be afraid to give yourself 1’s or 5’s – stretch your scores to both ends if the descriptions fit
   4. For each statement, think of one time when you did not do this and one time when you did do this; consider both when you choose your rating

We hope you enjoy this opportunity to gain new insights!

You will receive your results either during an upcoming meeting/workshop or by e-mail.
