I, Mbuyiseni Goodlife Ntuli an MBA student, at the Graduate School of Business and Leadership, of the University of KwaZulu Natal. I wish to invite you to participate in a research project entitled 'The effects of the educator Post-Provisioning Model(PPM) in management of public schools within iLembe district'. The aim of this study is: To investigate the effects of the educator post-provisioning model in management of public schools within ILembe district.


Through your participation I hope to understand more about the effects the educator Post-Provisioning Model (PPM) in managing public schools. The results of the research are intended to propose a better model or an improved model to improve the distribution of educators to schools with an intention of improving schools management.
