Exit Survey

Hello,

You are invited to participate in a survey about the ways in which college students use social media to obtain information, especially political news. This study is being conducted by Jordan Sakal, a Communication major.
There are no known risks if you decide to participate in this research study, nor are there any costs for participating in the study. There are no benefits to you if you decide to participate in the survey; however, the information you provide will help me better understand how students use social media.
This survey is anonymous. If you choose to participate, do not write your name on the questionnaire. No identifying information will be included and your identity will remain confidential. No one will be able to identify you or your answers, and no one will know whether or not you participated in the study.
This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is voluntary. By completing the questionnaire, you are voluntarily agreeing to participate. You are free to decline to answer any particular question you do not wish to answer for any reason.

If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, or wish to learn the results of the study, you may contact Jordan Sakal by email at [email protected] or Dr. Terri Toles Patkin at [email protected].
