We are seeking to determining what is the organizational culture of the university and the department. As such we are asking your cooperation in completing the following questionnaire consisting of 8 questions. Answer will remain anonymous.

We are asking for you to distribute 100 ponts among the four descriptions depending on how similar the description is to this institution and department. None of the descriptions is any better than the others, there just different and will uhelp use collate which of the four types of organizational cultures is more dominant in our setting.
