Where Is Your Comfort Zone?

You are invited to participate in a survey "Where Is Your Comfort Zone?" In this survey, everyone on Team Northern New England will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the your comfort and the distance you prefer to travel to supervise students. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, but very important to the success of the program in our region. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
