Assessment of Social Safety Nets in Community and Social Development Project (CSDP)

SURVEY INSTRUMENT 1

This research instrument is designed to gather information that would aid the formulation and design of SSNs programme as integral part of CSDP that would increase access of GVGs to social/natural infrastructure. The resulting SSNs structure and projects will benefit Gender and Vulnerable Groups specifically and persons extremely vulnerable on account of poverty generally in CSDP state. The Instrument seeks to elicit Respondents’ opinions and insight on types of SSNs and structure that are desirable and workable under CSDP.

All information will be treated in strict confidence and will not be released in disaggregated form to any individual or agency.

(This Instrument should be administered to officials at the FPSU, SA, LGA, GVG desk officers, Heads of CDAs/CBOs, GVG/CDD and Poverty Alleviation Experts in NGOs/CSOs and other Government Agencies.)
