OTR Global Accuracy Scorecard
1) Fill out an accuracy scorecard for each "company call."
2) Fill out a separate scorecard for each key metric. For example, OTR Global's panel may be based on sales as well as future orders. Fill out one scorecard for sales in comparison with benchmark and one scorecard for future orders in comparison with benchmark.
3) All information up to Company Report Date must be filled in on (or by) OTR Global Release date.
4) Katie, Geoff, and Peter will audit entered information and calculate OTR Global Accuracy rate on a monthly basis.
