Hello: You are invited to participate in an attitude survey for USF Tampa employees about separate unit accreditation for USF's regional campuses. The survey data will be analyzed as part of my dissertation in the higher education program at USF. An executive summary will be provided to each campus administrator along with a report for each campus. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

The survey is divided into two parts. The first part is demographic. The second part is divided into the categories of structural, human resources, political and symbolic. A explanation of each category is provided prior to the survey items.
