Teacher/Librarian Collaboration

Dear Participant:

As part of my Master's program at Endicott College, I am doing a research project on the collaborative relationship between teachers and librarians also known as library media specialists. This questionnaire is designed to determine the status of this initiative. Your input is very important to this study. In order to maximize competency and accuracy, this survey will be distributed to over 300 participants. I would greatly appreciate it if you would take a few minutes from your busy schedule to fill out this questionnaire. Your responses will be kept totally confidential. If you would like the results of this study, you can contact me at [email protected] in February 2005.

I would appreciate your help in forwarding this to as many colleagues as possible.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Betty Ann Maney
