The UK IP user survey deals with Internet Protocol based issues that you and
your organisation may be facing and aims to identify awareness issues to
help you as the Internet transitions to the next generation IP (IPv6).
The survey is fully endorsed by the UK IPv6 Task Force. It aims to provide metrics
for academic research and inform Internet Protocol policy in the UK.
This survey is in simple, multiple choice format and will take approximately 7 minutes to complete. Your survey responses will be coded and will remain strictly confidential. Data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. As a participant, you will be given the opportunity to order a free copy of the report at the end of the survey.
