Age Diversity in the Contemporary Workplace

I am in the process of completing my MBA in HR management, and this survey serves as a basis for the final research study required to complete my degree. The focus of my research is to find how people born in different generations view the role of work in their lives, the different values they possess and ways in which management practices as a whole can be used to accentuate the best views of each generation. Please note, these questions do not necessarily reflect your views of the position you currently hold, rather their aim is more general, intended to measure your overall values and goals. The more data I can collect, the more accurate my survey results will be, thus increasing my chances of receiving an ?A? on this study. Please answer each question honestly and to the best of your ability.
This survey is for academic research only. Any information you provide through this survey will be kept confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate, used for statistical purposes to support my research only. Your information will be coded and will remain completely confidential.
If you feel you have not been given enough space to answer some of the open-ended questions, please feel free to email the final answer to me at [email protected]. Your participation is greatly appreciated. The final paper will be completed in late March 2005. If you would like a copy, please send me an email request, and I will be happy to send it to you. Thank you for your help!
If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Nicole Guijarro by email at the email address specified below.
