This survey is being submitted to librarians in the University of Connecticut, Connecticut State University, and Connecticut Community College systems who are involved in information literacy instruction. The survey is made up of 25 questions that involvement in teaching information literacy and, specifically, involvement in the ALA-sponsored information literacy LISTSERV, ILI-L.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Your responses will be very useful in current research and in the formulation of future research in this area.


Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
