In social research, not much is known about what leads people to take on volunteer work. This survey has been sent to all current EYEs and aims to gain a better understanding of your decision to volunteer for Envision.

As well as providing valuable input to social research, this will assist Envision in better understanding how to attract future volunteers.

The survey will only take approximately 10 minutes to complete. For every completed survey that I receive, I will make a £1 donation to Envison.

The questionnaire has two sections. The first section asks you about your decision to volunteer - please enter as much detail as you can in this section. The second section asks questions about yourself and your job that will be used to help to classify your answers statistically.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
