This survey is being conducted to assess the potential demand for a new type of package shipping service.
We would like to know your opinions about shipping services.
You will be presented with 10 questions containing the attributes of 3 different kiosk shipping services. A kiosk shipping service is a stand-alone shipping station that allows you to pack and ship packages. Please select the service that you would most prefer.

The 5 shipping kiosk attributes and their possible options are:
1 Location of service
-At a retail outlet where I shop at least one time per week(grocery store, discount store, etc)
-At another retail outlet that I only visit occasionally (office supply store, shopping mall, etc)
-At any location as long it is within 5 miles of my home or office
2 Available Parking
-Curbside parking
-Regular parking lot with many available parking spaces
-Limited parking
3 Shipping service offered
-Only one of the national shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) or the United States Postal Service available
-Only 2 of the national shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) or the United States Postal Service available
-All national shipping services and postal services available
4 Staff assistance available
-Staff available to process the entire transaction for me (packing, selecting service, creating shipping label and processing payment)
-Self-service process with staff available for questions/difficulties only.
-Fully self-service process. I will pack my items, select the shipping service, create a shipping label, and process payment with no assistance available.
5 Cost
-Costs comparable to existing services (UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, DHL, Postal Service)
-Costs up to 10% greater than existing services
-Costs up to 10% less than existing services
