Hello: You are invited to participate in our survey for the Honors Student Council. In this survey, approximately 500 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about HSC Events over the past semester. It will take approximately 4 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
There will be prizes awarded by raffle for people who complete the survey and provide a valid email address. The winners will be selected randomly and they will be contacted via email.
Raffle Prizes are:
(1) $25 gift certificate to The Bread Company, next to Espresso Royale on Goodwin
(2) $10 gift certificate to Jimmy John's
(3) Free unlimited hot cocoa at the Honors House
The Honors Student Council is very interested in hearing your opinions. We will consider your responses and try to change honors events to better accommodate all honors students.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Ryan Mulligan by email at [email protected]
