The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of mentoring and mentors on training satisfaction in Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists who are members of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

CRNAs that are mentored will mentor others. CRNAs that are mentored will be highly satisfied with training. CRNAs that are mentored will have higher salaries. CRNAs that are mentored will learn, even within a tense mentor-mentee relationship. CRNAs that are mentored will have a smooth transition from graduate studies to the work place. Mentors are confident and secure in their knowledge of the field and make an effort to keep up-to date. Mentors are good listeners and are able to recognize when others need support or independence. Mentors are able to provide support and help without smothering, parenting or taking charge. Mentors are generally flexible and willing to adjust their schedule to meet the needs of someone else.
