I am a post-graduate student doing my research in the area of implementation of Knowledge Management in Higher Education. Hence, I hereby seek your valuable time and assistance in completing the survey below with regards to the same. My objective is to identify colleges / universities that have either partially or fully implemented KM. If you are familiar with Knowledge Management (KM), you may be familiar to most terms in this survey. However, even if you are not familiar with the area of KM, I do believe, the statements below merely points out normal practices which may or may not be present within your college or university. If your college / university does not have any KM practices in place, you may also fill up this survey so that it would ultimately indicate the level of KM implementation in your college / university.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary yet deeply appreciated.

There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.
