Hello:

As part of my MBA dissertation for the University of Liverpool I have decided to write about organisational culture and its relation to corporate strategy. This survey is integral to my research so that I can get your opinions as to make a complete analysis of the company and its culture. There are a total of 26 closed questions that I would like you to respond to. There are 4 open ended questions at the end which require comments. It will take approximately 10 mins to complete the questionnaire

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and anonymous. Data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact me by email at the email address specified below.
