AFSA Communication Assessment

Hello:

Based on the responses provided in last year’s employee opinion survey, I have created a communication assessment survey to further analyze the communication climate at AFSA. The responses you provide on the survey will be used to develop a strategy to improve the effectiveness in communication at AFSA. Randy and I would both like to invite you to participate.

In this survey, you will be asked questions about your communication experiences within AFSA. The information you provide will help AFSA improve as an organization, therefore, candid feedback is encouraged. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in aggregate. We value your opinions and hope you will participate.

Please submit your responses by Wednesday, June 14.

If you have any questions about the survey or procedures, please contact Delicia Tucker at [email protected]

Thank you very much for your time and support.
