It is very important for us to learn your opinions so we can make the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library even better.
Your response to this survey will be helping students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire fulfill their Service Learning requirement for graduation. This survey is being conducted in partial fulfillment of the course requirements for Marketing Research, MKTG 334, taught by Faye Kao at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The completion of this questionnaire shall constitute informed consent. This course is in compliance with the course certification requirements of the University Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects. The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library is the Community Partner for several students in the Marketing Research fall 2006 course.
