Hello, we are conducting a study to learn more about the demographics of orthodontic residents in Canada, their reasons for choosing orthodontics as a career, their future directions and an evaluation of their program. If you can kindly take ten minutes of your time and complete the survey below it would be greatly appreciated.



Please note that no personal information is being collected or stored with this survey. Individuals completing this survey will remain unidentified and anonymous. Your responses are confidential and will not be shared with any external party.



We have obtained ethics approval to conduct this study from the University of Manitoba Research Ethics Board and permission from the head of your program.
