Dear Sir/Madam,

I am conducting research about knowledge management practices in MSC Companies. Knowledge management is a formal definition for the things that organizations do to manage what they know and how they gain new knowledge. Knowledge management includes any practice that your organization uses to capture, distribute or use the knowledge and skills unique to your organization.

You do not have to have a formal knowledge management program in place to answer these questions - many of the practices listed in the survey may be parts of other programmes you have. It will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

I selected your organization from thousands of MSC companies based on what you do and the number of employees you employ.Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey, you may contact Salina by email at the email address specified below.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
