• The term ‘Project team' includes all the stakeholders in the project, like development team, management team, consultants, client team, etc.



• Terms ‘Distributed team’, and ‘Multi-location team’ mean that the members of the team are not located in the same place but are located across different geographical boundaries. These boundaries may span different countries or even different cities. So a team with members in more than one city but within the same country are also distributed teams.
