You have been invited to participate in our survey about the TN Chapter of FarmHouse's 50th Anniversary Celebration (the Event). Our chapter will turn 50 in 2009 and plans need to be started soon for this monumental event.
Your answers to the list of approximately 20 questions prepared will provide much needed guidance to the Planning Committee to ensure the success of the Event.

1. What time of the year in 2009 should the Event be planned for? 1a. Where would you like for the event to be held? 2. At what venue would you like to see the event held? 3. How many days would like for the event to last? 4. What time of the week would be the best for this event? 5. If you came to the Event, would you be interested in spending the night? (YES or NO) 5a. If yes, how many nights would you be interested in staying? 6. Would you be bringing your family to this event? (YES or NO) 6a. If yes, how many members of your family would you be interested in bringing? 6b. Would you be interested in a formal dinner banquet as part of the Event? (YES or NO) 6c. If yes, what type of meal would you like to have at the banquet? Plated or buffet?
7. What would be a fair price that you would like to spend in order to attend the Event? 8. Would you (or family members attending) be interested in going on tours of the area that is chosen to host the Event? 9. (YES or NO) Would you like to have a certain time to be set aside to meet and socialize with Brothers of your particular era (ie, 1970's - 1980's era)? 9a. If yes, what era would you like to meet with and how long would you like to meet? 10. Would you (or family members) buy a T-Shirt from the Event? 11. Do you think that your spouse, children, or others that may attend would be interested in getting together for a group activity while the Association met for a business meeting? 11a. If yes, what would interest your guest party as a potential group activity during the Association business meeting? 12. Do you think we should invite other FarmHouse Chapters to the Event? 13. How much involvement would you like to see from the FarmHouse International Board and Staff? 14. What type of guest speaker would you like to have at the Event? 15. Would you be interested in a TN FarmHouse night "out on the town" at the Event? 16. Do you think there should be a "History of the TN FarmHouse" session devoted to the Event? (YES or NO) 16a. If yes, who do you think should be the presenter?
