Hello: The purpose of this study is to gain data for a graduate thesis with Florida Institute of Technology. It is designed to gather customer perceptions (soldiers, family members, and support staff) as to the adequacy of family housing and the timeliness/quality of maintenance actions at Fort Lee, Virginia, and other various installations.
This survey is totally voluntary, and it will only take approximately 5 minutes to complete this questionnaire.
