Under the current Command And General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) selection policy only 50% of mid-career officers attend resident instruction, which made education a discriminator. Under the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) concept 100% of the majors will get resident instruction. Do you agree with the ILE concept?
