Managing Tension in Virtual Teams

Brief:
Managing tension and disagreements in face-to-face teams is recognized as a variable for team performance and member satisfaction. A very
small amount of research has looked at this topic in virtual teams. This research will examine what behaviours exist in virtual team tension, how disagreements effect the team and how they can be managed.
