Mobile information sharing in online patient communities
Patient communities offer opportunities for sufferers of chronifc health problems to meet in a virtual world and share their experiences. However, these communities require the patients to interact with them via a standard internet connection, meaning that when patients are away from their computer that support is not readily available. This project is about seessing the potential for and impact of mobile phone access to online communities.
