The impact of leadership style on Internal Marketing

Project Abstract
It is an empirical study of leadership style, internal marketing and job satisfaction in UK retailing. In recent years it has been frequently highlighted in management literatures that certain leader’s attributes may be used to distinguish between high and low performance organization. Despite the importance of leadership style, the numbers of studies conducted for the purpose of verifying the types of leadership style that favour the practice in Internal Marketing (IM) has not been encouraging. This practical investigation examines the impact of leadership style on IM in retailing context. The aim of the study is to explore the significant relationships between leadership style of retail store manager, the effectiveness of IM and the staff job satisfaction in UK retailing.
