QuestionPro University Sponsorship Registration: how frustrating can it be?

This is the third account which registered as a Basic account rather than the sponsored account. The next attempt discovered that if the email address does not have the domain "@rochester.edu" then the account goes permanently as Basic, and can not be changed to University Sponsored. Conclusion: don't use "@urmc.rochester.edu" or your account will suffer.
