Ticketmaster Contact Centers Human Performance Improvement

Project Abstract

For this class, we are studying the application of human performace technology in the corporate setting. We need to survey members of the Ticketmaster Contact Center training team, in order to access a performace problem. This survey tool will be used to survey 12 people and gather data.
