Joint Applied Management Reseach (AMR) project with Pulte Homes
The AMR team will define the elements that comprise �Green� building and �Green� communities. We will then conduct an analysis of what types of �Green� building products consumers are interested in, where they go for information and what drives their purchase decisions. As a result, we will provide recommendations related to specific products, features and building techniques of a �Green Community� based on consumers� purchase drivers and pricing sensitivity with the overall goal of maximizing return on investment for the project.
