Stategic Planning Process for Educational Theatre Assocation

A process needs to be developed to help the state/province chapters plan for the future. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a customized and simplified strategic planning process that state/province chapters, with the help of the leadership coaches, can use to help identify, plan, and actualize strategies that further the goals and aims of the Educational Theatre Association at the state/province level.
