A survey on the critical success factors in the exploitation of technology management within SMEs and large manufacturing and services companies in the UK

Based on the Gregory�s framework, there are give generic processes of technology management: identification, selection, acquisition, exploitation and protection. Exploitation process is the exploitation of technologies to generate profit or other benefits for the company. This project aims to survey companies to identify critical success factors in this process. It will consider the processes, the tools and techniques employed by the companies to achieve this.
