As you know, a questionnaire can include both open ended and close-ended questions. A mixture of question types is preferred. As we have already discussed, a questionnaire for the concept testing includes a number of measures including, communicability, believability of the concept, consumers� interest in the concept, etc. (see the reading package, concept testing articles for complete list of measures. In fact, you may need to review these articles one more time before the testing).
