Consistency in buyer/supplier culture and structure and cross-border supply chain customer responsiveness between UK ICT Companies and Chinese suppliers

The current research will explore the relationship between consistency in buyer/supplier culture and structure and cross-border supply chain customer responsiveness. The focus is on UK manufacturing companies of the ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) sector that have established cross-border supply chain relationships with Chinese companies.

The aim is to provide an overview of the use of responsive supply chains by UK ICT companies, understand the relation to characteristics of culture and operational structure and highlight areas for further improvements.
