Job prediction model

By collecting data from various colleges similar to Alfred University a job prediction model will be created that will qualitatively determine the value of various items in an initial job offer. This data will be separated based on demographics. The goal of the model is to create an optimal job package for a potential candidate at the lowest cost to the employer.
